A short survey for the people working the till: how the shift went, what was missing, what got in the way. Answers as chips, anonymous or with initials. In the portal the manager sees how the team's mood shifts week to week, before someone hands in their notice.
On the till
- 1–5 questions, answered with one tap: rating 1–5, yes/no, pick one
- The survey appears on a schedule, e.g. Friday at closing
- Anonymous or with initials, as the manager sets it
- A “Skip” button, never compulsory
In the portal
